Hello, Bonne journée, comment vas-tu?, pas besoin de répondre, je te prie d'être bien,
I haven't lived very long, so I might be inexperienced about some things, but one am certain of, is that little things we do, does actually matter in the long run....
Things as little as smiling to everyone, saying thank you or God bless you and even things like making your bed every morning, yes you definitely read that correctly, making your bed every morning before you go to probably pee, even before you say your morning prayers, you need to realize that saying your prayers on a proper laid bed increases your chance of getting a positive response from God who loves cleanliness
William H. McRaven said in his book - Make Your Bed: Little Things That Can Change Your Life...And Maybe the World
The admiral said "Making your bed is a simple act with powerful consequences. To rise in the morning and complete the first task of the day will give you motivation to do more; to accomplish more"
That's a proven fact of making your bed, once you can complete that task well enough that you can beat your chest and say you're the one that did, such behavior would begin to reflect on your daily life and ultimately help you achieve your goals
My mom used to say "always be thorough, do anything in a way that people would ask you to teach them how you did it"
We usually have excuses when it comes to making our making our bed, I know I do,
"am too tired"
"it would just get dirty again"
"what's the point"
"my bed is too big"
"let my kids do it" lol (my favorite)
So easy to make excuses for things that seem irrelevant, it's easier to do things that are relevant, then make it relevant!
Best part about making your bed, is that you'll come back to a beautifully made bed at night
Hope you enjoyed today's piece, make sure you subscribe for updates on more "fixx-up"
